Rocks & Roots started with a jar of honey and a question: why does everything in the supermarket taste the same? The answer, we found, was simple — most honey is blended, heated, and stripped of everything that makes it special before it ever reaches you.
We went back to the source. High-altitude mountain regions where beekeepers still work the way their grandfathers did — no machinery, no shortcuts, no compromise. What we found there changed everything.
Today, every jar of Rocks & Roots honey and every gram of our pure Shilajit is harvested by hand, tested for purity, and shipped directly to your door. No middlemen. No blending. No heat treatment.

Our honeys come from beekeepers working at altitudes above 2,000 metres. At that height, the air is clean, the wildflowers are untouched by pesticides, and the bees forage freely across vast, unfarmed landscapes.
From the delicate sweetness of Robinia and Cherry Blossom to the bold depth of Sidr and Walnut, each honey reflects the unique flora of its mountain valley. Our Shilajit is sourced from the same high-altitude rock faces — sun-dried, carefully purified, and free of fillers.

If it isn't pure, it doesn't ship. Every batch of Rocks & Roots honey and Shilajit is tested before it leaves the mountain. If it doesn't meet our standards, we don't sell it — simple as that. We'd rather have empty shelves than compromise what we put our name on.
